Meet Jasmine and Adenike, the dynamic mother-daughter duo behind Black Expat Mom. When Adenike faced her first year of the pandemic, Jasmine decided to take matters into her own hands and create a world-learning summer camp experience for her daughter. The pair packed their bags and headed to Monterrey and Guadalajara in Mexico, where they immersed themselves in new cultures, cuisines, and languages.
Jasmine has become an expert in planning and budgeting for their summer adventures, using various tricks and hacks to make their travels as smooth and enjoyable as possible. With Black Expat Mom, she hopes to share her knowledge and experiences with other black mothers who are interested in living an expat life while raising their children.
